The Course Process Flow Diagram is a visual representation of when actors (not stakeholders) are involved in the course process. This should cover all areas from application through to graduation. Blue tabs represent the relevant actors, with the various stages of the process represented in a chronological order from left to right throughout the diagram. Arrows then connect the actors to the processes as relevant.
